The Zebra HC100 Patient ID Solution is an all-in-one printing solution that integrates the reliable HC100 thermal printer. This printer features a convenient wristband cassette and uses the only antimicrobial protective wristbands currently available on the market.
The HC100 is easy to use; healthcare personnel can operate it with minimal training. After placing the wristband cassette into the HC100 printer, the printer automatically checks the wristband size, adjusts it accordingly, and then prints the wristband.
The wristbands are reliable, durable, and tested to withstand water, soap, foam, alcohol, and other common corrosive liquids in the medical environment. The barcodes on the Z-Band wristbands remain scannable from the time the patient wears the wristband until discharge.

Zebra HC100 Wristband Features
The Z-Band wristband is the only wristband on the market with an antimicrobial protective layer. Tests show that the protective layer can protect the wristband from contamination by Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
